Prices and Bookingsinformation.

* We provide a welcome basket comprising basic essentials such as bread ,milk ,coffee,cheese ,butter and wine .

* We also provide dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.

* Prices are for a maximum of 5 persons.

* All prices are per week , from Saterday 16.00 PM till the following Saterday 10.00 AM.

* Prices are inclusive of electricity , water and the use of the swimming pool .

* A deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of the provisional booking.

* All linen is provided.

* Luxurious duvets/pillows , towels and tea towels are changed weekly. Also included pool-towels.

* Whilst we expect the gîtes to be tidy and clean when you leave , we don't think that spending the last day of a holiday working for over three hours makes sense so we make an additional mandatory charge of 50 Euros for the cleaning at the end of your stay to bring it to the full professional standard that you will find on arrival.

We have lived here for many years, and have been heavily involved in land/property purchase, and in renovation projects. We are, therefore, able to offer help/advice and direct contact with builders, artisans and notaires.
